Disgusting Customer Service - Buyer Beware!!!!

I can’t believe a company with so much competition can be so unaccountable for missing/undelivered or secondhand orders.
Over 6 months ago I paid $700 for a Xiaomi Mijia Projector that went missing in transit and was never delivered. Banggood refused to accept responsibility or replace item leaving me out of pocket and disgusted that a company of this size can think they can get away with it.
I decided to give them another chance and ordered a Xiaomi X8 SE Drone. The drone finally arrived after waiting months and looked secondhand and was missing a set x3 of propellers making it unusable. I contacted Banggood immediately requesting them to send the missing set of propellers. Despite uploading photo/video of contents and contacting them countless times they have still not sent the missing propellers so my purchase is still sitting in box unusable (2 months later)
I can’t believe a company of this size can get away with ripping customers off like this. Hopefully I can save others from losing their hard earned money. ALIEXPRESS/Alibaba have excellent customer service if that helps your purchasing decisions

Used it for two years now

Excellent app, some of banggood practices are annoying but all in all they've sent me almost everything I've ever bought and refunded anything that hasn't arrived, sometimes eBay cheaper, but also having one company to deal with not many can be a good thing.
Big orders will get split into two or three different lots and sent separately, their logic is if two out of three arrive it's better than missing the whole order, theoretically they're right but I'm not sure.. good app good products, I've spent thousands now.. I'm a banggood addict..
Follow up.. first part of review was written a while ago.
It still stands. Easy to use app, tracking has improved but easier to use 17track for any tracking. Parcels arrive (usually) in quoted time frames, covid19 is making things roughly 9 days slower than normal.
Ali X is cheaper but has less buyer security, the Bay of E's can be cheaper too. Still a five star experience overall.

Great market place for value for item goods and electronics

I have been a regular user of Banggood for a couple years now here in Australia and I have regularly found great value products and pc parts and electronics. The site features regular special deals etc which offers amazing discounts which on one purchase saved me around 40% on an equivalent spec’d AMD Ryzen 4000 series cpu laptop rivalling much higher priced big name brands. Quality was amazing, aluminium frame, great screen, cooling, storage etc. I’ve purchased some minor clothing such as gloves, beanies, scarfs which over better value and quality to local cheap department stores. Purchased pc cases, water cooling components, RGB lighting which have all worked well and nothing to date has failed! Delivery times can be slow .... with COVID 19 around 2 months from China is normal....prior was waiting about 5 weeks max.
