Worst app experience ever
When submitting DOB, app crashes.
Can’t register details, needed to contact customer support.
They’ve sent me two emails since, one including a passcode. Nothing in the email to describe how I should use the passcode. Useless.
An app is supposed to allow customers to self serve. What a waste of time. I’ll go back to emailing monthly and requesting a statement.
AMMF
If I could rate this app -100 I would, registration kicks you out as soon as you input your date of birth. Obviously the IT department and admin aren’t interested in fixing the app. Not happy, app deleted.
Constantly Bumps
As soon as I press register it closes the app. Third time downloading and trying as having to call to find out a statement is vintage!
