Adobe Lightroom is an essential tool for any discerning photographer. Its sleek interface and robust tools transform potato-quality images into stunning works of art with a few clicks. And the best part? It’s nondestructive, giving you the freedom to experiment with all the controls without damaging the original photo.

That Metal Man ,

Superb editing functionality - quick, pro editing

A photographic life without Lightroom is incomplete, in my experience. I lived inside Photoshop for years, but Lightroom is fun to use and, importantly, purpose built of course.

One improvement I'd like to see is the transition to and from Photoshop/Lightroom. It's still a little clumsy and not as intuitive as I believe it should be. Sorry, folks, this is the loss of a star.

Otherwise, my best work is dfone in Lightroom, and I couldn't live without it. Adobe constantly improving, as they do.

Disgustingly Misleading

I was under the impression that this would be a 'lite' version of photoshop that was free but required money for premium features. I was perfectly fine with it having in app purchases but still being a functioning basic version at it's core. Being immediately met with a sign in was not surprising but as soon as I did, I was then greeted with the 7 day "free" trial then monthly payment subscription. It's unnacceptable that the only ways to use this app are to subscribe and get stuck in a payment cycle or just pay upfront. Otherwise you just gave them your information only to have to sign back out again and delete the app. This business model just leads to negative public perception of your company Adobe, you're no better than a scam at that point.
