When the game log me out, I always have to delete the game three times at least because it log me again with another account which is level 1.... I can not play with my friends even if I told them to add this account …… without talking about the coins and all things I have with my main account!!! It have to make it easy to log out of Facebook and enter with another one without the need of deleting the hole game.

Poor dropping of items from the crates

I’m a constant player of the game. It’s wonderfully good but I feel disappointed when I spend days to collect coins and gather coupons to open up the crates but in return I don’t get anything useful.
By the end of the last season it was mentioned in the game that people who have not been buying royal pass since the past 3 seasons or have not purchased it at all.. if they purchase it in this season it will be a good one for them. They will have more chances to get good items. But unfortunately I don’t see anything as such good. I have opened up 7 premium crates and everytime I’m given the redeem coins or the items that already exist in my inventory.
You really need to work on this. Cause it’s not just me.. others too are facing this. We spend so much time and keep hopes of getting good items but we aren’t getting anything as such and honestly speaking this makes my mood go off and then I don’t feel to play the game anymore.
I would really appreciate if you work on this issue and really try to improve the quality of items dropped from the crates.
I hope there’ll be a day when I can rate this game 5 stars!

Bugs glitches and hackers

I am fed up of your service
Very very very baaaaaaaaaaad service
Worst ever
Always I hv to update my game
Many times and it tells to restart
Still it keeps going telling updating and always I hv to delete
And many glitches bugs and hackers
I am always stuck in many places in the map and get killed
I am trying to push conqueror and there are only cheaters and full of hackers
How much I report too nothing is changing
U guys come with new updates telling all r fixed but nothing is fixed
And u pubg developers don’t value the players u don’t even give good service and not even good points in the game
Ur just making everyone hate this game pls fix anything

I hv to delete and dwndl like thousand times bcos my control setting gets default and even if I change and save nothing happens
