Posting request mean taking risk
Its a good platform for both landlords and people looking out for an accommodation especially new comers to the city finds good options.
But posting a request makes you prone to risks of fraud. I had an experience where i was almost about to pay the deposit of about 600 euros. But the account details provided in the lease agreement seemed little skeptical. When i tried to cross check by requesting the ID of the account holder, the person hesitated very much where i confirmed to myself it is fraud. So guys be aware of all the details of the owner before sending any money.
