Last time when i was coming from bangalore i booked in double upper section then a lady with 2 kids of min 3 to 4 years old kids came for single seat i was like really shocked how we all 4 will fit now? And application shd make sure that are people travelling with kids if yes then it shd ask them to book one more seat whole night i was sitting at a corner even though i paid 750 this is reallya big issue team shd look into this 2 kids 1 lady in single seat seriously?

New Magna buses looks good exterior but internally not quite comfortable, older buses Ashok Layla’s buses were very good. I have been travelling 15years+ in VRL. These new buses have not good suspensions, body vibrations too much, split bed between two side bed sharing, shades were not of quality. I have booked middle seats, but still we can experience what driver actions and engine responses. Pathetic bus suspension with plyboards rooftop generates low pitch white noise which is very irritating and this is not super bus experience. I am writing this review in the midnight during my travelling. Cannot able to tolerate this noise for adults. Now think about on boarded kids or infants. It will be Nightmare and next day you will be sick and mentally disturbed 100%! Kindly take necessary actions quickly and save us!
