Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep!

Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest.

My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night.

AUTOMATIC MODE:

Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept.

MANUAL MODE:

If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed.

1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep.
2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping.
3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up.

NOTES:

Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

No glances!

Glance support would have been great
It's easier to trigger the sleep app from glances,
It's good option to be to able to trigger through a complication

Ideally the app should detect when we sleep "automatically"

Best app

I am a doctor in alternative medicine homeopathy I have been using the app since quite sometime to track my sleep pattern as well as my patients have been using it . I have tried Nearly all the sleep apps and sleep gadgets to be worn but I found this app the perfect match and best.

About 40% people who enter old age do not get sleep , and another huge percentage of other disorders are stress , allergies , anxiety , fear , ocd, children with allergies, sleep apnea and many disorders can be treated but there was no mechanism to track the difference after treatment but this app seems to solve all.

I treat chronic and cancer cases what I have observed in my field Is if the medicines is working properly the sleep is more better and longer.
And the restless is less and this app shows exactly that.
I hope David you can add one or 2 suggestions so it’s the perfect app .
1 - it will help if A text field is added then I can write a small comment of why sleep was good or not good etc on that day.
2- if possible the share the sleep data to another user , always or with permission each time or for n number of days .
This helps me to see the patients records .
3- a calendar like view to check the week or month . So a glimpse can help to see the pattern .
In my clinic we give a chart to monitor this .

Awesome App.

The best part of the app is that it’s Apple Watch app tracks the sleep even when the watch is in airplane mode. And that too automatically. You don’t need to manually switch it on and track. The automatic tracking is precise too. I just need to wear it and go to sleep. That’s all. They have been improving the app by leaps and bounds. Hoping to see more exciting additions in the future.
