I have emailed OTT Play on 18th March 2024 to cancel my subscription which was going to expire in 3 days on 21st March as I was unable to do it because I was not getting the cancel membership option. I also referred to the FAQs for help which didnt help. They revert back with steps to follow to cancel it, which didnt work. Later on 20th March they charged me for new subscription and now they are not giving me a refund. I have emailed them and talked with customer care multiple times but they told me that they didnt have a refund policy. And now they have simply stopped responding. Certainly a most disgusting company and a service. I wonder if a person wants to discontinue the service and told them about it before the expiry of the plan, how can they charge and deny refund? Literally scamming people to earn money and pathetic customer services. Also FAQs doesnt provide you correct steps on how to cancel auto renewal, it can be cancelled from payment service provider app, from which you have made the payment. This company wont even accept their mistake on misguiding people due to which we are not able to cancel auto renewal. Beware guys! The FAQ will state that you can cancel the membership two days before the expiry but still I wasn’t getting the option to cancel it and shared the screenshot as well. BEWARE!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since last 2 days however it does not allow me to cancel. I have also emailed their support team to cancel. They ask you reason to cancel the subscription and to my surprise they made it mandatory to answer that question without which you can’t move ahead. Stupid concept, if someone does not want to pay you more it’s his/ her choice why you forcefully ask questions, have you started considering yourselves above law or fundamental rights of human being. It’s my money and my mind either I cancel your so called pathetic service or not cancel. Please don’t scam people cancel their subscription if they don’t want it anymore. I’m getting the error that I have exceeded OTP limits and need to wait for 24hrs. I completely know that this is a fraud practice, you will keep on exceeding this OTP issue for next 2-3 days and will smartly give the reason that it was not done 2days advance of the next auto debit date. Stop this fraud!!! stop scamming people!!! Cancel my subscription immediately!
