Convenience & Works most of the time
The app has been very useful to track vehicles stats. Especially when the car is chauffeured driven with family members. Some of the drive data is missing or inaccurate, may be due to network coverage issue. Overall, I like convenience it provides.

Horrible Response after the sale bad experience
5 days ago today I had taken my car to Shankara Hyundai Mova Raipur for servicing and minor denting but till now no one has even touched my car and on asking I get only one answer that this is a case Is it pending for approval?
When I have got the insurance done with add on plan from your authorized showroom, then why so much delay? When my policy is valid and the work is very less then why such poor service and response?
Now I will share this case completely on social media from tomorrow and will spread your very bad customer experience to the people that how your employees keep calling for servicing and insurance but when it comes to providing service then No response.
I am deeply distressed by your actions and am also surprised as to how your employees don't care that a vehicle is standing idle for the last 5 days. It means you don't care about your customers. You only worry about your sales, not about service.
Disconnect with the local service station
While it’s nice to have an app like this as it will hopefully someday make our life easier to book servicing without the hassles of negotiating with the service station.
My experience in the last one week has been poor. I booked running repair service, pick up from my home through the app. I got no confirmation from the service station till the day before so I called the service station. After some calls finally got through to them. The lady on the other side said they are very busy and can’t accommodate my car on the confirmed date. She proposed a reschedule after 4 days. Today is the day when she had rescheduled to. But no response from service station so far. I tried calling them several times since morning but no response. It’s about 10 am and hopes that my car will be picked up today are diminishing.
