Power BI Great Start with huge Potential

Power BI can revolutionise the Analytics and Data Visualisation domain with its potential. There is huge demand in market of a simple yet soothing story telling data visualisation tool, I see PBI is fulfilling it quite satisfactorily and developing really fast. There are many features that can added which is of course put a lot of responsibility that MS to meet the expectations of the users. I am sure it will not disappoint.

Experimenting with IT muscles through POWER BI

We all need MIS and visualisation of data delivers best mode of inputs to Decision Making Units. We are still in the days of EXCEL / Word / PDF based static MIS circulated over emails. With advent of O365 and share point, we took the first step of sharing links to current MIS instead of full MIS through Email. However, dynamic data could empower decision makers to explore and gain deeper insights. While it’s critical to identify right set of KPIs and ensure integrity of information incl. gap analysis, emerging maturity of online Analytics offers significant potential to companies to excel through digitalisation strategy. When such information is delivered with real-time streaming data and historical archives, we can perhaps help the organisation best.

We are early stages of romancing with Power BI and the possibilities are unlimited - only restricted by our creativities. I wish my colleagues are equally IT savvy to embrace IT muscles on the dock, deliver web-based dynamic MIS and are in a position to meet customer requirements (both stated and latent needs).

Require to get notification /mobile alerts in power bi option in tile. (right now notification option is not coming on my app)
