Subscription with no be if it’s

I recently paid for a 1 year subscription for 5 India Today magazines. I got a mail confirming my subscription also.
I downloaded India Today English and Autocar apps to use my subscription.

Unfortunately I am unable to access the magazines and it always asks me to subscribe. I am frustrated and ther is no way to reach India Today for help.

My account has not got activated even after payment

I have paid for the subscription few days ago and after contacting the support offline and online still I cannot use my paid account profile, it is still asking me to subscribe.
