Pathetic App

Lot of work is required to be done spare the users from the torture by this app. I am using it on IPhone 7 for Home Speaker 500. Had to struggle to preset 5 channels because of sluggish response. I gave up and couldn’t add the sixth one. I tried to Add myTuner and failed. My tuner is far better than tune in. Other music services reflected in the app are either not available in India or good Indian contents are not available in them. To be precise...horrible experience.

Lot of bugs in the app ( The earbuds are awesome )

I just bought my QC Ultra so I installed the app and started using it 1st use was an awesome experience. During the second use the bugs started to come in as I increased/ decreased the volume and it never did so I thought it was some connectivity issue as there was no problem when did it from the ear-buds and volume buttons on the phone. I also couldn’t pause the music from the bose app but could be done from the earbuds and the music app on the phone.

After about 3-4 mins after keeping the phone idle the volume started increasing and decreasing on its own and the it started the pausing and playing the music all on its own I thought it was a damaged product later realised that these are the inputs I’ve given 3-4 minutes back.

Please fix these issues I love the earbuds. I just want to have very good experience with it. I hope you will resolve these issue fast.

Bose is Phenomenal

Using a Bose device appears a common phenomenon but it gives you a different experience…higher level experience than the ones you get from the common best models available in the market. I assumed Bose earbuds to be better ones but, after using them, found them to be a class apart and the best ones I have ever used.
A phenomenal experience so far.
