Description
Bheema Tanpura, is a concert quality tanpura synthesiser. The app supports 2 accurately tuned/synthesised, tanpuras each with 6 strings and other advanced controls, all on a single page.
I am a signal processing engineer by profession and Hindustani classical singer by passion. I have developed this app after rigorous analysis of the resonance of instrument. Connect your device to good speakers and enjoy the sound in high fidelity. Ideally place the speakers at least 3 to 4 feet away for the best effect.
This version contains several digitized tanpura profiles. Use them and adjust the tempo/pluck-style to get the best combination that suits your taste. Two full octaves are now supported. Use the higher pitches with caution as they may sound little shrill and are suitable for use only with instruments.

Very happy with the tone, problem with the app
First of all I would say, I am extremely happy with this Tanpura. It is very precise and fires perfectly in the work that I do. The tones and the harmonics are very well achieved.
My problem is,
I am using this all on iPhone 11 and whenever I start the app, it plays perfectly fine and the moment I switch to a different app, let’s say what’s all or google email to do something else and switch back to Bheema Tanpura, the app never plays back the audio. It always shows that it is playing, I can click on all the different parameters etc but the sound won’t be audible. I have to kill the app every time and restart it again to use.
Please fix this as this is very annoying and interrupts between the creative process while working.
Once again, I love the sound.
Really of good quality
I purchased this app recently. The sound of the tanpura and the settings options are simple and ok. The tanpura sound is like a real tanpura and I feel it is one of the best quality sound available with tanpura apps. The user interface and the colour combinations need a real change with some more features. This app is good for performers and students as well. But for practice sessions tabla needs to be added. One of the best tanpura sound for a very resonable price!

You have written there is family sharing available how can we set that setting rest the app is too good for tuning sound quality is fantastic easy to use
