Very good

I like the app very much no tickets that you can lose, easy for 99% of the time, but I have had a couple of glitches, once I tried to buy a ticket and by the time I got to the other end of my journey the ticket want in the app wallet, so I tried again, and again then all of a sudden all three turned up, I got a refund via the app for one but had to contact customer support via phone to get the other ticket refunded.

The big issue I have found is if you have your Wi-Fi on when you get to London Liverpool street is the app logs you out so you have to turn off the WiFi before you get there otherwise you have to re-logon to the app and it isn’t fast especially if you have left your WiFi on 😡

App update from the summer added more clicks

Apple Pay is a welcome addition to the app from the last biggest update. However, there are more clicks required to get everywhere on the app. For example, previously you could scroll down to get both inbound and outbound return tickets. Now you have to click out of the inbound, then click on the return leg. Why not make it like a left swipe to get the return ticket? Would easily reduce the clicks.

Also why can’t I buy flexi season tickets from my phone? I can use Apple Pay to buy pretty much anything on my iPhone yet I can’t save a flexi season ticket on my app for use. This is the only thing stopping me from buying a flexi ticket, as I had a lot issues loading it onto my smart card having to wait 14 days for a refund as it went to a smart card I had lost (I requested a replacement but old smart card was still on the app)

Works, but be careful to check tickets show in app before you get to station

This app is ok, but be sure to check tickets show before you get to the station, I had to buy a new ticket as tickets failed to show on the app when I was at the station, (eventually they did after refreshing the app about 10 times) the service desk are not very helpful either, you can’t get a refund, only via mail or app & it’s half the price of ticket.
