Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire 12+

I don’t know what I expected the first time I looked TEMU, but I know I’ve been incredibly surprised in the best kind of way. I didn’t expect to find SOLID Sterling silver JEWELLERY, or the quality of the gemstones used in the jewellery (search for solid sterling silver). I absolutely didn’t expect to find a magnificent MULLBERY SILK scarf I was really proud to give my mum who almost cried when she opened it up, (search pure silk scarf). And the more I looked and asked the the search bar the more surprised I became. TEMU literally has everything I need & plenty I don’t need to survive, but love to purchase because the quality is so insane and the object so gorgeous. So I thought, I can afford these little miniature bronze figures I had to stop buying from other places when I became very sick & had to stop working, I’ve since bought them from TEMU for a quarter of the price I used to pay elsewhere. So I’m obviously VERY HAPPY that a friend tol me about TEMU. I still save my money but put some aside to purchase things we need & things provide smiles & happiness just to look at them.
It’s IMPERATIVE TO REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE !! They will refund any monies spent on faulty or disagreeable items you receive. You can also arrange returns or swap sizes at no cost to you.

I love Temu, I have made many purchases and got to say I’m overall happy with the service and delivery of goods.

To buy goods if people are like me they want to see reviews. I’m absolutely frustrated with writing reviews at the moment and I now understand why some reviews seem bogus. For example if I try to review items in a single purchase which I’ve been doing before writing the review after I finish one review it automatically Skips to an item I haven’t used yet. I have to cancel out of reviews to go back into review another item, but each time the app tries to force me to review the item I’m not ready to review yet. If I choose to review ALL items in a purchase it doesn’t let me choose not to review a couple which I may not be ready to review. I don’t want to give bogus reviews but often I see items getting 5 Stars without even a simple review. I will try and write detailed reviews for items that warrant a better understanding but few people take the time to do this and I wonder if it is because the app just makes your life easier to review the whole purchase and just leave blank 5 star reviews than actually spend time and choose the items to review. Please consider fixing this and making it easier.

Service with Temu is also good if you purchase items that don’t work or need returning they are great, I definitely can’t complain about that.

I’m not here to talk about the quality of Temu goods or their customer service. Focussing my review solely on the app, it does the job. You can monitor your orders, apply for refunds or fare adjustments, make orders, browse and add things to your Wishlist, and of course make purchases. However you can also do all these on the browser edition. The two special things the app has that the browser doesn’t are the deals/promotions and the games. The games - let me tell you now - are a total con. When you start Farmland and Fishland, the first 2 days, you will get very far. You will be asked to select your free gifts. After three or four days, you will be 5% or 5 cents away from winning all the free gifts and vouchers. That’s where it’s a con - every day they’ll remind you that you are close. When you spend, you get more money to play. The rewards for playing slow to a trickle, you can’t get much further. I have been stuck at the last 5% or 5 cents for 6 weeks, DESPITE spending nearly $400 or $500 in purchases since. Your free gifts can go out of stock but after the first three swaps, you aren’t allowed any further changes. So there’s a very real chance you’ve spent all this time and money and either you’ll time out or the gift would go out of stock. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME expecting to win! on the game unless you have nothing else to do. The games aren’t even intelligent - nothing to strategise, just click click click.
