StockX Shop Sneakers & Apparel 12+

I’ve purchased 3 items from stock X and I have never been disappointed with the service or the item. I managed to grab the Jordan 1 Homage to home and the pine green at a cheaper price then what I would have paid in some exclusive sneaker store in Australia or on eBay. Paying the tax makes items a little more expensive than I’d like but still a better deal none the less.
Their tracking of the item through UPS is fantastic and I have never received a fake shoe. All authentic and great quality shoes.
It’s extremely hard in Australia to get these types of sneakers when they first drop at retail price, they sell out within minutes before you even have the chance to line up at a footlocker so I’m glad services like this exist for those of us who miss out and in most cases my size ends up being the cheapest price on here.

I never had any issues with StockX . Oder over 6k aud on it. But my two last parcels have been delivered or not at the wrong address the delivery company said that they left the parcels at the front door (wrong address unfortunately) after I tried , called , and contacted StockX about it they still don’t want to do anything and refund me ! The delivery company finally told me that my parcels have been lost and not delivered. I didn’t sign anything or get any call. The value of my parcels is around 1000$ aud. But StockX still doesn’t listen to me and doesn’t want to refund me . Now the big deal is that StockX didn’t reply me anymore. So I just lost 1000$ aud and still don’t know where are my parcels or what I’m suppose to do.
So be careful with StockX and the policy they use because you must at some point get trouble and they’re not gonna do anything to you.
And last thing, StockX are really bad and kind of scammer, they took lot of fees and charge the seller as the buyer means for exemple you are going to buy something 100$ including shipping and fee (75$ for the product +25$ for shipping and fee for exemple) and the seller who sold for 75$ gets only 50$ StockX charge him as well 25$ for shipping and fee . So I can’t believe that StockX cannot refund or do anything for us after all this. Is not like they have small fee and shipping fee and don’t make to much profit. Anyway beware guys.

I sold through StockX when they used TNT/FedEx and selling was a breeze. Now you have to ship with UPS, who, in addition to only having ONE drop off location in the entire state of Victoria, require additional paperwork and use StarTrack as an intermediary for regional locations. StarTrack appear to be equally as hopeless as they require bookings to be made the previous day and that someone is present during the pick up window of 9-5 which can’t be narrowed. This is ridiculous for anyone who has to go to work (or just, I don’t know, wants to leave the house…). StarTrack and UPS do not appear to communicate clearly either with each other or with StockX, because I have to contact StockX and tell them to manually log as “shipped/in transit”, and this additional delay makes it almost impossible to get the “quick ship” tick. Would be 4-5 stars if they used a better carrier. Update: sold an item; boxed up and booked collection as per StockX instructions WITHIN 3 HOURS; fast-forward 48 HOURS later and they send me an email saying “ship your item [today]. If we do not receive notification of your item(s) being shipped, your sale may be cancelled, and your account will be charged either 15% of the transaction price or $15 USD, whichever greater.” There is no option to speak to an agent in live time, so the best I can do is send a message. What an absolute joke.
