I’ve been using the app for a while now but the recent update needs work. The decimal point function isn’t working when uploading the amount for a receipt and it’s not showing all of my saved recents from this financial thus far. While it is exporting them, it would be nice to have that visual to keep track.

Thanks for flagging this with us, the decimal point issue was reported as a bug on the 15th and resolved on the 16th.

I've been using this app for the last two years and it's been okay recording and categorising your receipts but when it comes to exporting it isn't the greatest. Both times when it came to exporting for tax the files couldn't be opened or viewed properly on my end and also the H&R Block tax agent couldn't access and didn't know where to find the information i exported. Any time I need assistance with this app most of the H&R Block people I spoke to didn't even know it existed or how it worked so don't expect much support with issues. Now onto the new update... I downloaded the new update and when I returned to upload a new receipt I couldn't use the decimal point to add the accurate value and also couldn't upload a photo properly. Also with the new update it wiped out some of my existing receipts and also jumbled up all the years and months so it's no longer in order?!... absolutely ridiculous...I already had trust issues with this app prior to this update but now its serious... Going to have to find another app if this isn't sorted very soon

The reporting was fixed in the latest update, always happy to receive feedback on how we can improve on the reporting though, so please feel free to reach out.

With regards to the decimal place - this bug was reported to us the night of the release and fixed and in production the following morning. Again, please let us know if you're experiencing an issue.

I use an iPhone XS Max, when I tap on take a photo, nothing happens. I have to take a photo first then choose upload a photo.
.
When I am entering the details of the receipt, then info screen won't scroll up, which means I'm typing blind, well not really, I cannot see the text field die to my phone keyboard being in the way.
.
If I receive an invoice to my email, then save it to a folder on my phone, receipt hub cannot search anywhere else but in my photos. Unable to save an invoice into my photos.....unless I take a photo of it. Yes, I could screenshot it, but I don't want to do that, it's extra steps.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you experienced this. We're in the process of reviewing this interaction to allow us to investigate and enhance it.

With regards to 'other' file types, we will be deploying the ability to upload PDFs from the phone's file location in our next release (week of 19/08).
