Limited functionality, feels like a web browser, and underwhelms

an app that performs a meek subset of the things you'd usually do on internet banking?

an app that blinds you at night for lack of dark mode?

an app that says "Loading..." for almost anything you can do with it, a la 2001?

Well then you've found yourself a perfectly suited app. Otherwise, you're about to be rather disappointed.

Terrible

This is one of the worst banking apps that I have ever used. Whatever you make a transfer, the balances do not update, even after you exit and close the program. You would expect basic functionality like this to be available. It also does not support face ID, which is surprising in this day and age,and the responsiveness of the app is also slow. It is a terrible user experience.

The worst app I have ever used

If I wanted to use internet banking to do my transactions. I wouldn’t have downloaded the app, the idea that I have to use both in conjunction is just incomprehensible!
Now that the premium rate has dropped, I can’t justify torturing myself with every use of this. Even if I can’t find a better rate, the extra interest just isn’t worth the pain.
