Can’t create iPhone Home Screen link
In the past I was able to create a Home Screen icon which when I pressed on it, it went to the desired store. Now, when I create a link (as I’ve previously done), the icon points to the Etsy home page and I can’t change it to point to the desired store. This is most annoying considering I’ve been able to do it in the past. I did go to the developer’s website to ask a question, but your site doesn’t allow me to (or so it seemed to me) and so I am putting this review. I can change the review if this issue is remedied as, generally, I really like Etsy. Thank you for your quick response to, I’m sure, a simple problem, but oh so annoying

Account banned and money not returned
If I could give a 0 star I would. I heard so much about Etsy and have a few friends that use it and recommended I start selling my crochet items on there so I decided to. While setting up my account everything was going smooth, I was setting it up with my nana as she was going to be the account owner as I’m underage. We got to age verification and she did it for me or whatever then I used my own $28 to pay for my account to be on Etsy, we then got to 2 factor authentication and it wouldn’t let us do it, 2 seconds after that it said the account had been suspended. I sent an appeal and it said I was underage, I then responded to that will ID proof and a full email explaining stuff and then they respond saying that the reason was actually suspicious activity, which is confusing since I never got to use the app apart from signing up to sell stuff. After this i didn’t really care about getting my account re uploaded I just asked for my money back as I never got to use the app and it never got refunded. So they basically stole my money. Do better Etsy
