AVOID THIS COMPANY
Complete waste of money. Useless and not a user friendly system at all. No helpful support what so ever. The support people don’t even know how to do their jobs properly, will just blame you or say it’s an ‘update’ support not friendly at all. Just make some bs excuse up and don’t contact you further to resolve the issue. Worst POS system I’ve ever encountered. Stay away, they will only waste your time and money.
Always patient, friendly
As someone who’s not exactly a tech whizz, I was a bit nervous about switching to a new till system, but this one made it so easy. The instructions were straightforward, and I had everything up and running in no time. What really stands out is the support team—they’re absolute stars! Always patient, friendly, and they explain things in a way that even I can understand. It’s made managing my shop so much easier, and I’ve got peace of mind knowing help is always at hand. Can’t recommend this service enough
Professional Training
The application has been really useful for me in the market. The training was useful on all aspects. The training agent was really helpful and professional. He took time to explain each area and answered all questions of my staff. My staff liked it and was able to use it in an instance. Which is really helpful.
Also, they offered me more training if needed which I feel is a nice thing to do.
