Welcome, AdventHealth University Tampa!
AdventHealth University is bringing its exceptional whole-person education model to the West Florida area. Construction is under way at AdventHealth University Tampa to create classrooms and a state-of-the-art simulation lab. The instructional site plans to welcome its first cohort of 25 Associate of Science in Nursing students in January 2025.

AHU Orlando Begins Expansion
AdventHealth University is expanding its Orlando campus to accommodate our growing student enrollment and to ensure our nursing students are confident and competent as they transition to nursing practice. The expansion involves three phases:
- Demolition and construction the AHU Simulation Center on the site of the former Advent Health Center for Behavioral Health. This new AdventHealth University building will house state-of-the-art technology and simulation equipment.
- Relocation of support staff (ex: Marketing, Financial Aid, Business Office, Admissions, Human Resources) to the AHU Welcome Center on Wilkinson Street.
- Renovation and expansion of classroom and student gathering spaces on our current campus, including the cafeteria and library.
