Room was absolutely too hot. Temperature control not operative from display situated in the room. Poor cooperation from reception to deal with the problem. They said the temperature could not be reduced due to regional rules. I asked to have the window open all the night to try to reach a normal temperature in the room.

Overall the hotel and services are very pleasant. Design , room and restaurant are good, with a special mention for the food at the restaurant .The room has everything required, is nicely equipped and comfortable. The electrical switches system in the room is poor. It is supposed to be lighted when you come close to it but it is too sensitive and reacts even to the movements in the bed . As the blue light emitted is quite strong , it awaked us quite often in the night. Make sure that you start manually the air conditioning when entering in the room as there is no automatic start. A bit of information at the front desk would be welcomed. The shuttle service to the airport, efficient, should drop you at the departure and not at the arrival , without giving any information.

Paid transfer in what is a airport ou hotel. Arriving at 3am dying for a shower there was no body gel or even shampoo with tge bolted containers showing a small hint of product that the pump wouldnt bring up. No small sandwiches or cakes at the coffe bar for a small nible given that so many people arrive late and sleep till later seems a lost opportunity for me.
