Convenient location if arrive/leave from Gare de Lyon. However a tiny room, more of Ibis style, a meter on the left and on the right to the wall or the window. The handheld shower head was missing, the rain drop shower was inconvenient for my height, I had to stoop. For this quality I found it quite expensive even for Paris prices

Ok, small room

Our hotel is located in a magnificent Haussmann building dating from the 19th century. As our website mentions, our rooms are between 10 and 14 square meters like many typical Parisian buildings. I was charged twice for the room!! And the money has not been refunded!!

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I am a bit surprise by your review because we did not charge before the stay of the guests, it's only a preauthorization. Sometime with a credit card (and not debit card), the amount appear all month long but the debit is never done. Could you send me your bank statement to check that ? Please be sure if we charged you twice, we'll refund you of course.
