After 24 hours of flying and riding the Miami metro we did the 10 minute walk to this very fine hotel. We were very pleased to be able to check in even though it was only 9am as we were desperate for a shower. This is a modern, spacious and well run hotel. Our room was spacious and apart from the shower lacking a little pressure the room was very comfortably furnished. The Publix across the road was very handy but there wasn't much in the way of dining options within 15 minutes walking distance. As we were taking a cruise the following day we simply used the local free trolley which took us all the way to the cruise port. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and we would very happily stay here again when next we come to Miami to join a cruise.

Excellent place to stay with family or friends , good atmosphere, the Rooftop and the amenities where really good , location is excelente cuz is walking distance to Brickell City Centre

Myriam was the best and took care of me right away! I stay in multiple hotels every week for work and Myriam is the most attentive and kind person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Staying at hotels multiple times a week can take a real toll on you, and she definitely takes the stress out of the trip. Thank you!!

Very nice hotel. Reception was very kind and attentive. Close to bayside market place . 10 mins Uber ride to downtown area. Only thing was the noise at level from other guest. Apart from that it is a lovely hotel to stay at. There is a train line that passes by every 5 mins but that noise is minimal.

We had an amazing time. The staff is very pleasant and friendly specially Gelsys the waitress at the UVA bar and Facundo the bartender in the rooftop bar. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully and the atmosphere is phenomenal! It’s a must here in brickell to stay at Novotel for us now.
