The team at this hotel makes this hotel great. The greeting from the reception team, the friendliness of room service, the restaurant staff accommodating your every request just made our stay super enjoyable. Special mentions for Ziporrah with her lovey smile who went the extra mile for us, the duty managers Helen and Salah, and Ali and his dedication to guest service at breakfast. I like the queit and cleaness of the hotel ... staff are very friendly I really enjoyed the breakfast .... specially omelet and the professional way chief Purshv treat clients ...... I really enjoyed my stay here .... Room service and team are very friendly thanks !

We really enjoyed our stay with Mövenpick. They even have a private beach and free shuttle service to take you. Facilities are great including a gym, pool with towels and restaurants that offer 20% off we recommend UBK! Everyone was friendly and we appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. A big thank you to Atsal and the housekeeping team.

Very very bad experience. I’ve asked for some amenities in the room when we arrive for my wife as it was her birthday. They sent a cheese cake slice 2 days after at the breakfast. They don’t care, they just appear friendly. 5* hotel for nothing.

We are gutted to learn that you didn't like the experience with us regarding the deliverance of the complimentary birthday amenities in your room. After checking with what could have possibly happened, we have found that the room birthday set up was done as requested and amenities were sent to your room however being your room in DND (Do not Disturb) the sent complimentary cake couldn't be placed at the first day. Our front team had informed you about the same the following day and as per your request we prepared and sent the cake during your breakfast time. We definitely try our level best to provide the excellent service to all of your guests staying with us and their satisfaction is our utmost priority.
