The facility is so clean and neat. The staff are so professional, nice and welcoming. Mona at the reception was so nice and friendly . The view and the location are also good. This is my favourite hotel I always search on the websites and end up booking here.

Awesome location and good value for money. The hotel doesn't have direct beach access and the beach is about 10 minutes away by foot. They do provide beach towels and beach mats for a day out on the beach. The traffic on the walk is very challenging at night. The. Checkin process was very efficient. The rooms are decently big. The weather in Dubai didn't give us many opportunities to use the balcony but there are partial sea views to be had. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and had a lot of options. After 6 days at the hotel, we found it a little repetitive. However the attentive and caring staff ( Asma, Ryan, Thushitha) deserve a shout out

Everything was perfect - localization, breakfast, the staff in restaurant, lifeguards were helpful and our housekeeper Venkatesh - the best :) Only smell was not so nice. Work on it ;) Instead of that our week was really pleasant. I recommend this hotel.

I am always happy to come to the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach for my layovers! The personel is very sweet and polite and I always felt warmly welcomed! Coming every month for work purposes, I am always glad to find this sweetness everytime.

Naim was extremely polite and kind and came specifically to bring towel animals for my kids and left amazing sweet treats when we arrived back to our cleaned room. All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and most pleasant in any and everything we needed
