A return to these apartment complex after a while ... was a very good apartment large and spacious surprisingly quiet, Comfortable bed and good sleep. Very small compact bathroom television also small in lounge room but the range of channels was magnificent, a great choice much appreciated. Enjoyed the breakfast on offer too quite classy.

I will never evre stay in this hotel again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone else. I already told all my colleagues and friends don't stay in this hotel, cause they had BED BUGS! it is extremely horrible and nightmare, and the hotel no any compensation at all! I had hundreds of bug bites in my arm and legs, necks, everywhere. And after I talked to the hotel, the manager Eric the day I check out, he said will definitely take action of my room 806 which is good for the next person who will be stay in the same room. But I got all the bit bugs in my body and the hotel did nothing to recovery, they said could offer me a drink at their bar!! Seriously?? what the Fxxx. that is how this hotel solve the problem!! 在这酒店住了2周，竟然发先了bed bugs，简直不要太恶心，在床上爬的，吸血的小虫子，我胳膊，脖子，身上都是被这虫子咬的，酒店在我退房后说会立即消杀我的房间，然后呢？对我没有任何的补偿，只说可以offer我drinks，去你奶奶的，谁稀罕你的drink。这么差劲的，这么脏，我现在浑身都是被虫子咬的，一片一片的，好了之后也不知道会不会有疤或者痘印，酒店竟然一点补偿都没有。这种酒店大家千万不要住，这要是被咬了，就只能认倒霉，关键恶心啊，太脏了。我跟我澳洲的同事和中国的朋友都说了，坚决不能推荐这个酒店。

We loved our stay at Shadow Play Peppers. The suite was lush and boujee, staff were amazing and very helpful, right from booking all the way to the end of our stay. Staff were polite on arrival and breakfast the next day was delish! Definitely an unforgettable trip!. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, and the experience is great. Room is well equipped with great housekeeping service. Greatest challenge was locating the entrance to the hotel - we struggled quite a bit on our first night there. The counter was also unmanned when I finally got there with the help of a resident. Took about 10 minutes before a super friendly Japanese lady came to assist (seems like they're quite understaffed at that time). Imagine leaving your car on the road unattended. The lack of a drop-off/pick-up point is also quite nerve wrecking as onsite parking is valet-only ($50 per day), and the handover is done in a bus lane. Also, water temperature was pretty inconsistent, going between hot and cold despite the mixer untouched.

Wonderful staff and a beautifully presented hotel. The dark interior of the lobby sets a really cool vibe. Rooms are compact in areas but well formed with everything you could need in a small apartment. Quiet and dark in the morning thanks to good curtains so slept well. Looking forward to staying again soon
