Our 2 bedroom skyview apartments was just beautiful and the view 54 floors up was amazing. The pool area is lovely but needs maintenance and cleaning and the lifts can take awhile to come. Cleaning of apartments is done between 2-5pm which I only discovered when I rang housekeeping to ask if our apartment was going to be cleaned, this should probably be put on the information letter you get when you check in. We enjoyed our stay and loved our apartment, we will be back.

Nice and comfy beds.Easy access to the beach, night markets, star casino and the beach. The sauna, heated pool and spa were so refreshing and relaxing. The female staff at the reception were very helpful and accommodating. They had placed a complimentary Champaign and chocolates which I had requested for a surprise celebration. Loved this out of the world experience soooo much.

Packed lifts, reception spoke little English and were not customer focused, check out was a disaster, had to take the fire escape stairs after waiting 20 minutes as the lifts were either too crowded. Housekeeping was late each day around 3pm.

Loved the double room coast view we had book the master bed was incredibly amazing it was like you were sleeping on a cloud it was soft and it molded to your body nice spacious room the staff were awesome super firendly and invitingly worm and helpful definitely coming back

Amazing!!! we loved everything about it. especially the staff, the steam room and spa pool. the breakfast and staff is fantastic and a beautiful bar area aswell as over looking the sea! We will definitely return as our number 1 gold coast accommodation
