Mantra Terrace is my 'home away from home' when I am working in Brisbane. Friendly and professional, it is my virtual home when travelling. Check in is always a breeze and am greeted warmly. They know my coffee order ...so I must be a regular... 😆

Mantra Terrace is located within a short walk from the CBD, the staff were friendly and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel room was compact, but had all the necessary provisions. We stayed one night for a staycation used the bar and cafe downstairs which was pretty quiet.

Below average; small, musty, no view. Not what I was expecting when I booked with Mantra/Accor.

I booked the deluxe hotel room through ALL app as an Accor Plus member. Check in was very average through in the bar area. The machine broke down so couldn’t get my key cards straight away. It was more like a backpackers with the comings and goings of guests (later discovered they were from cruises) than an upmarket hotel. Certainly not what I would expect from Accor or Mantra. The rooms are tiny and smell musty and the cleaning was average; I was expecting a view over the city as my booking had shown a luvly view from the room “ Take in the views over Spring Hill and the CBD from your private Juliette balcony”. I had a view of the back of a building!! no place to put your suitcase apart from on the bed. No welcoming bottle of wine. Just a bottle of water. No desk either. Went down to have a drink in the little bar and asked about food - there were people sitting at tables eating; was simply told there was no restaurant there - and that there was places a few doors down. No suggestion of ordering Uber or getting something delivered and eating in the bar area as others appeared to be doing. I would not recommend this place at all and would certainly never stay here again.

Really easy check in and out Good customer service Nice bar but no real food sadly The bar has a nice atmosphere but there was a commercial kitchen but no breakfast or dinner It would have been nice to know that on booking rather then waiting till the evening to find out But the barista made our stay he was funny personable and very understanding and polite to us

Only stayed one night at the mantra, But the experience was wonderful! I got a room upgrade, The staff knew I was having eye surgery across the road so they made sure I had a great day and there was flowers, chocolate and a card in my room! They even brought up my Uber Eats to my room. The staff here go beyond what’s required for their job and I am very grateful. The room was clean and the sheets were soft and comfortable. 10/10 will stay again!
