The noise level was terrible, no spas worked outside. Drunks in lifts from carparks. Could not get into motel from car park safely without walking around thru the foyer. I was not impressed . Was not even schoolies . If young, the place to stay

After arriving with a migraine and needing sleep which I expressed to desk staff I was given a room directly opposite a night club where loud music played until 1am then drunken people from the club were yelling and mucking around in the street. Complained to front desk who offered me ear plugs as a resolution. Food was absolutely terrible and expensive. Spoke to manager next morning to make complaint but that was a waste of time. Location was good but food and service from staff terrible . Would not recommend or book there again for a business person who needed to sleep for work the next day.

Tolerable for a single night stay

Staff upon arrival and during our stay we smiling, helpful and attentive. The room itself was tired and could use a refresh. The blankets had a few holes and the bed creaked, not exactly conducive to a good sleep. The buffet breakfast was basic but it was scrumptious and warm. Everyone was satisfied with the food served for breakfast.

Older hotel but the location and price was perfect for me. My room was large and clean with a good balcony and view. Yes it's dated, as a few stains on the carpets, marks on the sideboard and could use a makeover, but if you just want a comfortable stay at a good price then I think this place is acceptable. Did me ok.

Poor housekeeping

All of our bathroom soaps where empty, greasy finger marks all over the bedside light switches and appeared to have vomit or something on the carpet and curtins.... also found a "lollie" or something in the shape of a pill next to the chair. Pretty poor standards considering we had a 3 year old with us and ridiculous for the price we paid. Would say it's motel quality
