There was a dead cockroch in my room throughout my stay. In spite of my repeated requests to the person on the reception desk, it was not removed. Seriously, what kind of hygeine standards you have ? Does anyone clean the rooms properly?

There was a dead cockroch in my room throughout my stay. In spite of my repeated requests to the person on the reception desk, it was not removed. Seriously, what kind of hygeine standards you have ? Does anyone clean the rooms properly? When I reported this issue, the reception desk person said that I need to wait until the next day to get it removed. Next day, the dead cockroach was still there. I am not staying in this hotel again.
