Good little break with the family...

It was a good and relaxing break. Enjoyed our stay especially our time at the restaurant every afternoon/night. Everyone was very friendly and a special thanks to Fabian for being such a great host 😊 Overall, it was a good little break for the whole family. Thanks everyone 👍🏽

Hair dyre exploed and eletric shocked me... hotel reacted poorly

Thge hotel is ok in general. But their bathroom is design terribly. Very bad ventallation system, and the hairdyer is fix on the wall in the bathroom. And the hairdyer is very old is well, I use it for less than 1 minutes, the hairdyer exploed and eletric shocked me. What's even more dissapointing is the reaction from the hotel as they say "this happens with this big hotels when so many people come and go". Isn't that the best excuse? LOL. WIll never come back.

Literally the worst place I've ever stayed in and definitely the worst in the GC. Untrained staff, pokey little rooms, dirty linen, smelly carpets, lifts falling apart, tiny bistro, no seating at peak times, every surface felt unclean, every dish in the bistro felt unclean, every staff member was working from a script with no ability to problem-solve. Do not stay here. There are a million better options.

Disappointing stay on the anniversary!!!! y!!!

We stayed here for our first anniversary and first visit to the Gold Coast. I booked a Deluxe Studio with Ocean View because the photos showed a great view, and I clearly requested a high floor upon booking. I even called after making the reservation to ensure this, as I understood it might be subject to availability. But I know how these things work, as I’ve worked in accommodation management myself, if I had informed by the staff that my request couldn’t be accommodated, I would have booked elsewhere. However, when we checked in at 7 pm, we were disappointed with the view and the low floor we were given. After a long flight and a dinner reservation at 7:40 pm, we didn’t have the energy to change hotels. The reservationist should have informed me in advance, especially given how important this trip was for us. This could have been easily resolved if the team had paid more attention to guest requests. Also, the hotel room photos were far from reality. I've attached the photos of the room the hotel advertised and the actual room we received. Additionally, the room didn’t even have a shower cap provided, and guests had to request one. Additionally, there was no doona, only a plain sheet on the bed for guests to use as a blanket.

For Family travelling for a sporting event, everything was close by and we essentially made the most of the amenities available the children enjoyed meeting other sporty children that were attending other sporting events. Enjoyed the stay.
