We apologize for the noise issues related to the nearby construction site and understand how disruptive this can be. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience with our parking arrangements. Unfortunately CBD Parking is quite scarce and we try to prewarn all of our guests prior to arrival. We appreciate your comments about the bathroom and the safety concerns you mentioned. We take these matters seriously and will review the current setup to explore possible improvements, including the addition of anti-slip mats. Your feedback helps us address these issues to enhance guest safety and comfort. I understand how frustrating the noise from the nearby construction must have been. Unfortunately, the construction is part of a state government Cross River Rail project, which sometimes involves night work approved by the government and is beyond our control. We are aware of the impact this can have on our guests and are exploring ways to better manage and communicate this situation. I also regret to hear about your experience with our staff. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and I’m sorry if our response did not meet that standard.
