It’s a very central hotel. If you walk through the casino you can acces south bank on foot. At night you can listen to the intense construction workers and machinery or the police sirens. The shower is a high step up over the bath. There was mould in my bathroom and shower. The carpets are very dirty and stained. Crockery available a hit and miss. Uneven. The lift is wonky. Under renovation.

Nightmare - Do NOT stay here

The carpet was visibly dirty and stained, the room key needed to be re cut 4 times to work, there was visible dirt on carpets, floors, surfaces. I would not stay here, parking is a nightmare - in the event that you do book/ secure it you will be met with tenants blocking the driveway/ access/ spaces/ driving dangerously. The staff were very friendly but couldn't do anything regarding the rooms not having having been cleaned. There is no food and construction work is 24/7. This was so bad i have asked it be removed from our corporate travel system. I've never stayed anywhere this dirty, i can now see multiple reviews regarding the need for cleaning to be reviewed - which means it's not been reviewed/ attended to after multiple pieces of feedback.

hotel of last resort especially if you are not fit and young

Dont stay here unless there are no other options as it is soo noisy and next to a construction site. Parking is very limited and on a first come first served basis, The units are very old and tired. The bathroom is really dangerous being a shower over a bath. There are no antislip mats on the tiled floor or the bath and the residual cleaner in the bath makes it even more slippery. It is a very high sided bath so really hard to get into. There is no breakfast

Massive construction site next door working through the night= ZERO SLEEP🤬. Having rooms open on that side of the building show a lack of respect for guests. When I quizzed reception they said that they worked “quite late”. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Do not stay. The noise works go all night and it’s impossible to sleep. DO NOT STAY Didn’t notice it was all night although it says could end at 10. IT DOES NOT had to leave and then book another hotel. When I rang the lady on the phone was horrid and more or least advised I was an idiot. Mmm sorry from interstate I don’t know your building activity nor am i interested
