We had a perfect holiday!! The hotel is so fun and coloured, the location was perfect for us and the kids loved the game machines. Many thinks to the reception team, they’ve been incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you Mama Shelter, we will come back!

How has this Hôtel scored so highly? It tries. So hard. But ultimately it’s Style over any substance, unfortunately. -Staff are wonderful. Truely- they are. -But bad public toilet disinfectant smell as you better lobby. - I had a room that is one up from smallest- a double. You can just shout open the bathroom door without banging bed frame, it’s more like a cabin or caravan feel. There is no space for a suitcase so you need to shove your vase under the bed. Bed is a little hard. - food very average. - best thing about this place is staff- again they are lovely. But hotel is cheap masquerading as trendy.

The hotel was really nice 5/5 stars! I would definitely recommend. The hotel has a great vibe with a dj on the weekends, lovely place to have a drink in the evenings. The reception team was amazing, Monique especially. She was really helpful and attentive

The hotel is super nice 5/5 stars! Would definitely recommend. Beds were comfy and the bar has a great atmosphere in the evening, with live music. The reception team was really nice and helpful especially Monique & Faatimah. They were both amazing

Oh my god! Where to start? This hotel is amazing. The staff are brilliant, the atmosphere casual but organised. The decor is retro, but modern, such a mix. There was an atmosphere and a vibe that made it clear this was a fun hotel without being cheesy or tacky. The area I described to a friend as a mix of slight urban decay coupled with London glamour. Go for a walk (or run) and you discover canal ways, a huge park, plus someone having an episode whilst being seen to by medical and police. Sirens, music, people. The place had it all. The staff are lovely. It took me a while to realise they don’t wear a uniform so someone asking you what you wanted wasn’t a nosey guest but a staff member! They are all so helpful. I’m not sure, but there were a lot of French speakers at the hotel and this added to it its appeal. Despite it not being in the traditional tourist hotel location, its proximity to the underground and overground stations made that irrelevant. I can recommend this hotel to any traveller who wants a comfy and cool place to use to explore London.
