from the day i checked in and to check out, the service was exceptional. kudos to the staff. very polite and professional. as a Accor gold member i can one of the best Sofitel experience i have received comparing to other Sofitel's which i have visited so far.

I appreciated a lot my journey at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul. Welcoming staff, nice rooms, great swimming pool with outdoors jacuzzi. The view over Lotte World Tower is great. A luxury place to stay with dedicated staff and great decoration. And the fitness room is well equipped unlike some luxury hotels at this level. Furthermore I was surprised to enjoy the neighborhood a lot. I only knew Lotte Mall and Lotte World, but was very surprised to discover busy streets with restaurants, bars, photo stations, noraebangs... at Bangi dong food alley, and to walk through Olympic Park...

Indeed our 25-meters long upscale pool with its colorful led ceiling and the view over Seokchon is a destination on its own. 아코르 서비스 패키지 - 얼리체크인 : 제공됨 (1.5H) - 레이트체크아웃 : 제공됨 (1H) - 웰컴어메니티 : 골드에 준하여 제공, Package 서비스에 VIP Personalized Amenity 서비스 미이행 - 웰컴드링크서비스 : 제공됨 발렛서비스 - 신속하고 정중하게 서비스함 - 차량 도착시 문을 열어주는 서비스가 미흡함 (어느문을 열어야할지 노련한 서비스 부족) 차량도착시 차량문을 열어줄꺼면 확실히 열어주는 서비스 노련미 필요. - 출차또한 2번 진행하였고 신속하게 출차 서비스가 제공되었음 LL컨시어지 - 외국인으로 착각하고 예약건 확인전까지 영어로만 말함. upon arrival WARM GREETINGS와 함께 정중한 인사 및 오시는길은 괜찮았는지 간단한 질문만해도 국적 파악하는게 어렵지 않았을텐데 그냥 손님을 알려고 하는내용이 없음. 할말만 하니까 그냥 겉모습으로 지레짐작하고 영어로 대응하는게 굉장히 불쾌헀음. - 짐 포터서비스는 훌륭하였고 체크인 직후 빠르게 짐은 이동됨 단, 짐태그에 대해서 체크인시 제출해달라는 안내가 좀 더 상세했으면 좋겠음 클럽밀레짐 컨시어지 프라이빗 체크인 서비스 : - 체크인부터 삐걱거렸고 서비스도 지연되거나 준비가 안된 미숙한 모습이 많이 보였음 - 체크인시 웰컴 드링크 제공된다는 서비스는 제공되지 않았음 - 체크인 서류또한 뭘 제공하는지 제공해야할지 우왕자왕하는 것 같음 - 지루하고 느린 체크인 절차가 다 완료된줄알았으나 갑자기 투숙료 선결제를 요구함 - 패키지 크레딧 관련 안내문을 준다더니 알고보니 그런 안내문은 없다고 미안하다는 말도 없고 고객을 우롱하는듯한 준비성없는 이상한 태도도 보임 클럽밀레짐 컨시어지 서비스는 노련미가 보이지도 않았고 서울 유수 5성급 호텔 컨시어지 데스크중 서비스가 최악이라고 판단됨 클럽밀레짐 컨시어지 서비스 : 간단한 질문을 통해 서비스가 어떻게 제공되는 지 확인함 "라티튜드32에서 제공되는 Accor 웰컴드링크 종류에는 어떤것이 있나요?, 칵테일이 포함되나요?" 질문을 1번째로 받은 직원 : 요청내용에 답변을 전달 않고 요청내용이 무시됨. 질문을 2번쨰로 받은 직원 : 전화로 확인하려다가 확인이 되지 않아서 해당 업장에서 직접 메뉴판을 그제서야 가져다줌 서비스제공에 5분이상 소요되었으며 움직이기 싫어하고 적극적이지도, 친절하지 않음도 확실하게 느낌 다만, 입장 및 퇴장시 인사는 확실함 엘리베이터 서비스 : 전반적으로 엘리베이터는 총체적 난국이였으며, 속도가 빠르지도 내부 PATH가 투숙객이 쉽게 알아차릴정도로 직관적이지도 않았음 6F에서는 직원이 많이 배치되어있어 빠르게 이동할수 있도록 도움을 받았고 친절했지만 그외층에서는 우왕자왕할수밖에 없었음 클럽밀레짐이 32층인데 31층까지 운영되는 엘리베이터도 있고 총체적으로 난국이였음 클럽밀레짐 애프터눈티 서비스 : 애프터눈티 서비스 무난했고, 이 고블릿 잔이 얼음잔으로 사용하는게 맞냐는 질문에 생전 처음 본 직원이 불쾌하고 기분나쁜티를 팍팍내는듯한 말대꾸하는 답변이 형편없었음. 서비스할때 최소한 자기 말투와 제스쳐가 어떤지는 주변 동료를 통해 서비스 교육을 통해 인지하시고 단점을 커버하시는 노력을 하는게 맞다고 생각함. 자기 개인기분나쁜일이 있었는지 모르겠으나 남한테 화풀이하는건 Pro답지도 못한 자세이고 인간적으로도 가장 나쁜 습관임. 나 뿐만 아니라 동행인도 저사람과 무슨일이 있었냐고 말하는거면 그건 그사람의 말투와 애티튜드의 문제라고 판단됨' 클럽밀레짐 해피아워 서비스 - 직원이 제자리를 비우는 모습이 상당히 보였음 - 초반에 손님이 우리 밖에 없었음에도 서비스 제공이 느렸음 - 심지어 그릇치우는것도 생각보다 느렸음 수영장 : 수영장 라이프가드분이 자쿠지에서 수영모 미착용으로 정중하게 착용을 요구하였음 (남자분), 전혀 기분나쁘지도 않았고 호텔규정에 따라 충분히 요구할수 있는 사항에 오히려 제가 죄송하다고 답변함. 또, 수영모가 없다고 이야기하니 수영모를 친절하게 자쿠지까지 가져다주심. 기분나쁘지 않은 명료한 말투의 정중한 안내 및 서비스 대안제시까지 라이프가드분이 제공할 수 있는 최상의 서비스를 제공한다고 판단함. 피트니스 (사우나) : 사우나는 6F 레지던스 공간에 있고, 탕은 냉탕이 아닌 온탕 1종류만 있었고, 자쿠지 온도는 너무 미지근하였음 냉탕/온탕/사우나가 한곳에 없다는게 컬쳐쇼크였고 위치에 대한 안내도 미흡했음. 피트니스 시설은 테크노짐 머신 브랜드가 구비되어있고, 투숙객용으로 사용할수 있는 허리벨트등도 구비되어있으나 파워랙 및 원판은 전혀 없음 객실 : - 포시즌스와 전체적인 객실 레이아웃은 비슷하다고 판단됨 - 기가지니 서비스가 친절하였으나, 여기서 지니야 부르는것보다 호텔만의 콜네임으로 부르는게 더 낫지 않을까 생각함 - 기가지니가 할수 있는 서비스가 어느정도 인지 감이 잘 잡하지 않았으나 상당히 소화할수 있는 컨트롤 범위가 넓었고 직관적이고 매우 훌륭했다고 생각함 - 오후 4시가 넘어가도록 청소카트가 여전히 객실복도에 있는건 매우 좋지 않은 경험이였음 객실@Service (0번) 간단한 질문을 통해 서비스가 어떻게 제공되는지 확인함 " TV 미러링 서비스를 어떻게 사용할 수 있을까요? " 빠르고 신속하게 원하는 부분이 전달되면서 불친절하지도 않았고 친절하였음 개선해야할점 - 클럽밀레짐 조식에서 발뮤다 토스터와 토스터기에 빵을 넣을 집기도구가 없습니다. - 수영장 입장하는 부분에서 턱이 있음을 인지하기 어려울수 있어 이 부분 강화되었으면 좋겠습니다. - 클럽밀레짐 조식에서 치킨은 누린내가 굉장히 심했습니다. - 클럽밀레짐 서비스는 노련하지도 않았고, 3년차 호텔이라고 하기에는 서비스가 정중하지도 않았습니다. 라이프가드분이 제일 서비스가 좋았네요. 결론 : 이게 한국의 5성급, Accor 브랜드의 최상위 Luxury 브랜드인 Sofitel의 서비스입니까? 내내 불쾌하였습니다. 계약된 서비스 이행 내용도 부실했고 안내도 미흡하였음 다시가고 싶지 않은 호텔 여기서 별점 +1 점은 수영장 라이프가드분이 따셨습니다.

An amazing place ,personaly i recomend to any one who dont care about expenses at a trip ,really its decoration and interior designs elegant and stylish ,but try to book LOTE Mall view,itis a huge mall with more activites ,and also Hotels staff are so kind ,lovely and sweet blood

Our stay in this wonderful hotel was fantastic, as always. The staff are incredible and so welcoming. The room with its Lake view was excellent. Not large but very comfortable. Well maintained and everything provided. The shower was perfect and facilities good. Perhaps there could have been more drawer space as that was rather limited for a stay of more than a couple of days. We shall certainly return and this is the only place to stay in Seoul.
