The staff always welcome and facilitating to make arrangements for our stay to be perfect . The location is so good making easier to go to the main spots in Sao Paulo . I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and i will definitely return there for my next stay in Sao Paulo .

hotel looks much more worn down and downmarket than the website would have you belive. ac did not work in my king bedroom and was put in a room with two tiny singles. The breakast is quite horrible. I see staff packing up 3day old dried up cheese and meats. horrible coffee and no lounge to speak of. front staff was nice but this hotel is not to be reccomended. avoid.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly, attentive and very helpful. The staff member Vinícius was outstanding in helping me take all my things to my room in the late night and also offered to upgrade my room
