Beautiful Angsana Heritage Collection - A Must If Staying In Marrakech

Marrakech Riads Angsana Heritage Collection - Myself and Husband stayed for 7 nights and our whole experience was exceptional. I emailed the reception team numerous times before we left the UK and a prompt helpful response was always received.....thank you! All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, welcoming, polite and couldn't do enough for us. On arrival we were giving a courtesy smartphone at no charge which was loaded with maps and information to help you get around - what a fantastic idea! We stayed at the Riad Bab Firdaus which housed the spa/hammam which we had the pleasure of experiencing on our last afternoon. We both chose a massage and Moroccan hammam which we booked through Reception before we arrived. Both ladies worked wonders on our worn out bodies and were extremely professional. Riad Bab Firdaus is a beautiful Riad located a few minutes walk from Riad Si Said which is where the Reception and Restaurant are based. We ate here on 3 occasions for our evening meal, the food was delicious, beautifully presented and we thoroughly enjoyed dining in the stunning surroundings. We would like to say a big thank you to Mohamed K and Amina for their exceptional service, friendliness and for making us feel so welcome, both are an asset to the Angsana Heritage Collection! Breakfast was typical Moroccan food which was tasty/plentiful and served each morning by the lovely Amina who always made us smile and had time for a chat. Amina one morning even wrapped us up breakfast cake when asked, as we were rushing out for an early morning trip, thank you again! The location was perfect for us and we were fortunate to experience the many attractions that Marrakech has to offer. On a final note, although we have mentioned 2 members of staff by name, every member of the team we had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with should also be applauded for all that they bring to the company! Well done to everyone and thank you. Would we return? Yes without doubt! Nicky & Mark

Marrakesh, long weekend at one of the Riads by Angsana. Beautifully decorated and prepared room, wonderful hospitality from all staff. Giving us a mobile phone was a great touch and enabled us to wander the city in the knowledge we could always find our way back. great spa, handily placed in the Riad where we were staying. Day trip to the Atlas Mountains a fabulous trip out. Only downside passport control at airport, quickly forgotten about on entering the calming space of the riad.

Fantastic stay at Riad Si Said. The Riad is very traditional and beautifully decorated. The staff is warm and kind, nothing is too much to ask, they will make your stay extremely enjoyable. The restaurant is also amazing, the food is prepared with care and love to cater to all the tastes but by keeping the authentic flavors of the Moroccan cuisine. We had a great time with great people.

We stayed at the Riad Lydine for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. We arranged airport transfer with them to and from the Riad which was convenient. The Riad was beautiful and our room was spotlessly clean with so much attention to detail which we really appreciated after a hot and busy day enjoying all the city had to offer! Thank you!

We loved our stay in the Riad Dar Zaouia. We booked a hotel transfer & the hotel check-in, along with welcome drink & pastries, was a relaxed contrast to the chaos of the streets of Marrakesh. Our riad was beautiful - full of character, quiet & cool. We enjoyed a massage at one of the sister riads on our first evening. Another beautiful building & one of the best massages I have ever had. On the following day, we took a walking tour with Adil. He was very knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions & great company. All the staff are attentive & friendly. Particular mention to Amine, who served us breakfast on both mornings. He explained everything we were eating & that all was organic, sourced by him. This was all done in a warm, friendly manner. He is an asset to your hotel & for us, individuals ike this are what make a stay truly memorable. Thank you.
