On my arrival was gobsmacked the out side of the hotel is glamorous but it is shopping centre with hotel situated in it ‘ we arrived late at night and the family off 4 were very hungry so the dining area was opened until midnight 9 minutes to grab light bit. Got to our room was nice seamed clean Up first thing to go for breakfast the room looked totally different in the light Carpet had loads dirt that has been cleaned but not very good walls dirty But thought this hotel is used for family’s. Went to get breakfast and was only one cook making omlets for 1k people so had to wait this was ok cause we are on holiday so happy onto the park we went , kids buzzing Very warm thought nice we will grab latte shock horror 4 drink 1600l supposedly all inclusive. So we had been told we can drink at all points with the ice cream emblem fine Pizza extra charge kebab extra charge Crisps extra charge though this is all inclusive miss sold this holiday Sir you can eat at the mongo restaurant From 1.30 until 4.30 great well So we thought seam food for ten days The restaurant at night was not any better Burgers 5 nights in row come on now 7k this holiday was. We booked the sister hotel wow this place was amazing no extra charge for enything Please do not waste your money staying here it’s over priced and ridiculous service G relations trying to make excuses for the hotel management Am not done but only have 5 min this morning to make this review. Will be making other reviews with pictures So all you folks don’t make the mistake That at least 25 families that we have spoken to on holiday. The pool has made our full family ill. Not ones did we see it getting tested like they are supposed to be doing in these resorts.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL where do i start well for 1 it dosnt have its own pool you have to use the theme park pools which are at least a 5/10 minute walk away depending how fast you walk and park dosent open till 10am 1 pool in the park is meant to be for hotel guest ONLY but any 1 an very 1 used it. There is only 1 resturant that is included in the price and its not the best the spa is also not included in the price after 10 am you carnt get any food in the hotel till 7.30 pm not even snacks unless you want to pay for them if you want to eat through the day you will find 1 resturant in the theme park that you have to walk up a mountain of steps to get to and trust me its not worth the walk.And not every 1 will be lucky and get a room with a view some wont even get a balcony after a few days you have seen it all and it gets boring very quickly. the best part of the trip is the day trip to the rixos hotel but after going there and seeing what they are getting it will MAKE YOU EVEN MORE MAD at how bad the hotel your in is. Also they forget to tell you that some of the rides arent just height restricted but size restricted as well we where 2 adults with 1 child and we couldnt go on a lot of stuff as my grandaughter was to small for most of the bigger rides at a 130cm tall she was 7 years old. Night time entertainment is a group/singer that is on from 8pm-9pm there is the boat show that is on most nights but unless you go and sit there 2 hours before you wont get to see it as you carnt get near other than the hotel everything else is open to the public and you wonder what the hell you paid all this money for when every 1 can use it i was there for 2 weeks which was 10 days longer than i wish i had been also everything is super expensive so be perpared to spend a lot of money

Phenomenal hotel, we were accommodated with castle view from our room which is extremely comfy and kid friendly, atmosphere has been incredible and all staff are friendly and helpful. The water park and theme park have been loads of fun and amazing for all ages! Already looking at booking again for next year and we haven’t left yet would definitely recommend for a memorable family holiday.

We arrived at 2am on a Tuesday morning to find the lights off outside for the hotel. I guess it’s energy saving. Desk staff were friendly and checked in our bags promptly. We were not given our welcome info as it was too late. We instead visited the guest relations desk next to reception the following morning after our breakfast buffet. The room was clean and decorated to entertain kids. It came with a blue barrel and inside was a fridge full of soda and water. All of this was restocked daily and all free of charge. The only chargeable area was the red cabinet. A QR was on the side to scan for prices. Our room was a delux double with balcony. The balcony came with 2 chairs, a mini table and a 4 spoke drying rack. The room had a projector and a play station 4 - to be used together. For the play station 4 controllers, these were to be requested from reception. A deposit is required for these due to their value. The room also came with a funky rocking chair, a makeup table and a rainfall shower with lots of freebie supplies such as toothbrushes, nail files and shampoo etc. It also had an addition mirror with ring light for shaving/ makeup etc. Randomly there was also a phone in the toilet. There was a 4 digit combo safe, iron, iron board, free WiFi, TV and aircon unit. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice, crisp and clean. However, the room was a bit disappointing as the aircon had a few cobwebs, the bathroom had some bad patch up jobs due to damage and the toilet didn’t flushed. However once reported to reception, these were quickly resolved the next day. Next to reception was a pic n mix bar and next to this was the guest relations desk. This was where you could get extra hotel information and book a taxi etc to visit neighbouring towns. We paid €25 euros for a return trip to Belek which was 15 min/ 5km journey each way. The best day to visit is Saturday for the bizarre. There was also an old town down the road that took 15 mins to walk too. Just go outside the main entrance and walk left in a straight line, very easy to get to. Breakfast is served between 7-10.30am and until 11am on the weekends in the main restaurant called Eternia. Dinner is served between 7pm-9.30pm. Drinks are bought to the table. The buffets are huge and host a wide variety of savoury and desserts. We had some fabulous food here! Great service and some very friendly staff but some also rude ones 50/50 ratio. There’s a bar just for kids that makes great chocolate dipped cups to hold milkshakes and cream. Soda and juice is also available there. Next to this is a general juice bar and next to that is a coffee/ tea bar - Nyssa Bar. The hotel has a lovely gym inside with frirndly staff. Here you can get a sweat towel and water when needed. The 2 trainers here were very nice guys! The spa on site is lovely too. Changing rooms and toilet are clean and spacious with showers, makeup table and hairdryers. The pool is open between 9-8pm . There is also a mini pool for younger kids. A lifeguard onsite and swim vests if required. The spa staff however I found rude and unapproachable. Their massage services were hundreds of euros and I didn’t see any customers. There was a strange man wandering around the hotel trying to promote their services in the bar area. The evening was a little dull here, not much to do accept drink at the bar or walk around the shops. An onsite cinema or something would have been a welcomed addition since our TV didn’t work. Our TUI rep was no where to be found! He changed his schedule regularly it seemed but it was hard to know because his sign was in German. His times were always in the middle of the day, useless really but not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean, tidy and the cleaning staff were always friendly to us! The bar staff were a bit hit and miss. A bipolar customer service experience. The hotel offers a free transfer to their sister site - Rixos Premium Belek from 1-4.30pm. Brilliant, well worth the trip. It’s only 20 mins away and was great! Our customer relations personnel for the hotel was Seren Can Anber and he was brilliant! So informative, so helpful and a really nice guy!!! I could not rate him any higher, we really enjoyed his company! He is originally from Wales and was therefore a native English speaker which helped a lot!

Terrible experience!! AVOID!!

We booked land of legends for my little girls 5th birthday after hearing how good the hotel was and how friendly the staff this is not true staff are rude and do not want to help you in anyway! On the 3rd day of our holiday my eldest son who is 15 became very ill with diarrhoea, temperature and very weak he spent all the rest of his holiday (5 days) in the hotel room we took him to clinic over there was put on a drip and bloods were taken the doctor came back and told me my son was very ill and if he would of been elderly he would be in serious trouble he had a blood infection when I asked the doctor what caused this he told me the SWIMMING POOL water from the hotel!!! My son was given a lot of medication I was told he was safe to fly home on the coming Friday, when I told the hotel of this they did all they could to prove different they work with the clinic and I believe they are corrupt and we’re telling me it could of been picked up anywhere! They also wanted my son out off the room for 12 on day off check out when we didn’t leave until 8 that nite! My son AND us as a family missed out on a lot of memories and time we will never get back I’m taking this further with tui who we booked with and my son has been seen by our own doctor who has told us a normal virus would not make my son as ill has he has been he is still ill and will take along time for him to recover! We also spoke with another family out there who told us there child had been ill and a lot more cases had happened that week with children being sick, this hotel is to blame for my son being ill! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM LAND OF LEGENDS YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE SICK DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM AND DONT RISK YOUR SELFS OR KIDS BECOMING SICK!!!!!!
