Very nicely decorated hotel at a peaceful location. Even though the hotel is a bit away from the downtown, the location is very good. There are tram and bus stops very near and a metro stop within a walkable distance. The room was very nice. Friendly staff at the reception allowed us to check in early.

Good place for an overnight stay, with surprisingly silent rooms, since it's fairly close to the airport. Good room, good breakfast, overall very satisfied.

Very nice hotel, perfect location with a tram stop outside and so easy to get to from the airport. Rooms are standard iIbis styles, perfect for what we needed for a 3 night stay. Staff awesome and were very helpful with an early check in for me. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Clean, modern (in terms of construction and as a euphemism for small), close to Praterstern transportation center, convenient to the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center (why I was there), wonderful continental breakfast included in my room, but relatively expensive even at the discounted rate for my meeting

This is my 5th visit to this hotel. I usually had a very pleasant stay here but this time since the check in I feel I’m treated very poorly and it’s nothing like I remember. I’m a Silver Accord member so I usually get a welcome drink voucher at any Accor I stay and that was the case in this hotel last time too. I didn’t get one, I think the guy at the reception doesn’t even know what that means. He’s cold not smiling, whenever I enter to the hotel not responding as well. I remember the previous times here the staff were extremely polite and warm and helpful. Second thing, last time and that was in October, I had an espresso machine in the room I stayed. This time same type of room there’s nothing. Basically just a bathroom. Overall the hotel is clean and location is great, I’m just disappointed this happened to one of my favorite hotels and I’ll have to rethink in future staying here. I got 3 more nights in this oddness.
