We ordered room service and our servers were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our meal special. Our servers were Sabouri Samir and Mouhssin, they even brewed us special Moroccan tea for the end of our meal. Very nice of them to do that for us.

What a beautiful day spent with friends at the Fairmount Royal Palm. The pool was one of the best I’ve swam in in Marrakesh, not too cold and lovely and long. The food and hotel were incredible. Mouad looked after our group and was amazing! Thank you ☺️

Fabulous day visit and Mouad the life guard looked after us with top service and hospitality! Very attentive and a great sense of humour with our lots of demands! Great restaurant with Salmon Tartare and Lobster roll. Wonderful day by the pool. Very relaxing.

We stayed three nights at the four seasons and three nights here. The Four Seasons is soooo much better. Service here is extremely slow and uninspired. English is not widely spoken so there are many misunderstandings. We got different answers to numerous questions depending on who we asked. No one seemed to know how late the pool was open or the breakfast buffet. Service at the pool is abysmal. Despite there being multiple staff members no one checks to see if you need or want anything. The loungers are incredibly uncomfortable. They have pads but claimed to only have five for the entire pool. They also allow people who are not staying at the hotel to purchase day passes for the pool. So we had a group of 10 rowdy women playing music, screaming and yelling and they had a male staff member get in the pool with them to pose for pictures. Very unprofessional. You don’t expect to feel like you’re at a fraternity party at a resort like this. Rooms are fine - nothing special. Go to the Four Seasons!

Karim the bar tender serves the best cocktails!! Service with a smile!!! Drinks to go for Pornstar Martini. Smokey Fog!! Great atmosphere. Beautiful setting for a bar!! What more can you ask for!! The olives & nuts are delicious too!!! Do not miss out on this bar!!
