Everything was perfect so far, service was impossible! Thanks a lot to Musa from house keeping he was the best employee in the hotel! He always treated us with respect and fulfilled all our wishes. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Dubai.

Yoga in the AM- definitely worthwhile, especially if you are going onwards. The level wasn't basic or too hard and focused on the areas you need for extended travel. Eleanora was a great, clear instructor. The heat also helped and wasn't too overbearing in the am

Really enjoyed our stay at the Rixos Premium JBR. All the staff were really helpful throughout the day, particularly Mohammed and Nirajan around the pool area, who helped with finding sun loungers for us each day, making sure we had everything we needed and keeping the area clean! The music around the pool was always good too, helping create a good holiday atmosphere.

Fab hotel and pool area and Mohammad Nagus was so very helpful and got whatever we needed. He was pleasant and always very happy to assist. The pool area is clean and good choices plentiful. The rooms are very clean and bottled water is replaced everyday and the fridge is well stocked. Breakfast although busy was well stocked and staff were attentive at all times. Chiices were varied and plentiful

Amazing stay at the rixos jbr, thank you fir Tala for the amazing service and hospitality. Rooms were amazing and i was shown a few different rooms which i could choose from thanx to Tala. Would recommend this hotel as staff are brilliant and always ready to help.
