Fabulous hotel, with very friendly helpful staff The rooms are not big but well equipped, modern and comfortable and more than adequate for a sightseeing holiday they were serviced daily with fresh towels, beds made and cleaned. The breakfast was freshly cooked with lots of choice and the dining room was cleaned constantly by the attentive staff in charge of it. Good WiFi and a handy fridge in the room. Very close to several metro stations (under 10 mins) and a train station and tram stop. Great Pâtisserie almost next door and several restaurants 2 mins walk which are far more reasonably priced than in city centre. Surrounding area appeared safe and quiet.

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We loved our top floor room with balcony. Our bed was comfy, room was quiet/well-equipped, and staff was for the most part friendly. Pros: quiet, comfy, balcony, bathroom products, blackout curtains, breakfast included, convenient location, fridge/safe in room, free water. Cons: room on the smaller side; staff was friendly except for 1-2 people. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The hotel was the start point for our France tour and thus the best choice for us to stay a day earlier. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the amenities very clean and comfortable and the breakfast enjoyable. Very close to transport and nicely located.

We like the amenities and the location of Le Mercure 17 Batignolles hotel, a quiet and very comfortable hotel. One important feature is the fact that it is air conditioned and is easily accessible to go the CDG airport. Last year, we also appreciated the fact that the hotel offers a parking space for our car. We enjoyed very much the view over Paris from the large bedroom windows on the 9th floor.
