The service in the club lounge was excellent. Junelyn and Sam were extremely helpful with local information and attractions. I highly recommend the Fairmont for the location to the city hall mrt . Great place and excellent staff . We will be back

The staycation was relaxed and overall enjoyable. Room service was efficient and special shout out to Navanee who was prompt to deliver our request for additional towels and coffee capsules to our room. Was Pleasantly surprised with the complementary cakes for the birthday month baby.

Amir at the bell stand made all our travels flawless. We had such a great experience at the hotel. Service is impeccable. Amir and the other staff made our trip easy and enjoyable. He arranged all of our cars and helped us get oriented around the area.

Excellent Stay; very confortable and modern room with all amenities. Very quiet rooms. Great view if you are in the upper floors. Staff very careful. Lot of choice for breakfast but only missing a high standing place for business breakfast,
