L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda per le principali aree di interesse di Singapore, e il servizio in hotel è molto buono. Ci è piaciuta molto l'idea dei butler da poter contattare o chiamare in camera in caso di necessità, ci siamo trovati a dover affrontare un imprevisto e il loro aiuto è stato impeccabile, empatico e rapido. Di sicuro abbiamo bei ricordi nel nostro soggiorno al Raffles

Tutto bene ma la stanza un po’ piccola per 3 persone e rumorosa . Si sentiva un rumore di acqua forse proveniente dalla piscina al piano di sopra .
