Localização excelente e café da manhã delicioso. Quarto amplo e confortável. Eu e minha noiva adoramos o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, educados e prestativos, nos deram variadas e ótimas indicações de restaurantes da cidade. Certamente ficaremos no Swissôtel novamente próxima vez q formos em Amsterdam.

Serviço de quarto deficiente, sem reposição correta do chá, decca, e das pequenas toalhas de mão. Apesar deser cliente gold não fiquei em um andar alto, estava no segundo andar.
