Nice modern hotel I can’t fault. Clean, good facilities and service. Whilst a chain and the kind of hotel you see everywhere- it still had a bit of character. Food a bit average and limited. Bar service pretty slow. I would stay again and recommend it.

Terrible, beds tiny and not very clean

We unfortunately stayed here for 5 nights in a loft room. It was terrible from the second we arrived! We travelled as a larger group under 1 booking. Unfortunately despite emailing the hotel the day before advising we would be checking in at different times the hotel refused to let us check in until all parties were present. This meant we were denied access to our room for over 9 hours as our friends were on a flight from Sydney. They offered for us to have a shower on level 7 - which literally are the pool change rooms, are completely open to outside and we’re a million degrees as there is no aircon. When we finally got into our loft room we discovered the room is advertised as having a queen size bed, but it’s barely a double! I’m only 5.4’ and my feet hung over the edge. The bed is literally a mattress on the floor and our particular mattress when two people lay on it caused both of us to fall into the middle as there is no base support and it was lumpy. The pillows are pathetic! I didn’t sleep at all the first night I was so uncomfortable. It’s also really dangerous at night coming down the stairs to use the pathetic excuse for a bathroom, the only light switch for the stairs is located near the door to the room, downstairs. So you either have to climb them in the dark or sleep with the lights on, stupid design! For the price, we were very disappointed with our experience. Would not recommend.

Very strategic location, located in between two MRT stations. Many restaurants, malls and attraction places around the hotel. Decent size of the room, good enough for two person. Fair size of shower and separate toilet. Water pressure is strong. But light sleeper might be easily disturb by the noise outside because sound proof not so good. My room was opposite the amenities room for the cleaner and I was awake by them at 6am.

Based on the price, this location provides an acceptable level of service, room condition, cleanliness and food options. If you just need a good location with a decent level of service and product, this is a place to consider. There are malls and a lot of food options within walking distance. The slight drawbacks were its smaller room sizes (which are common in this price range).

I am currently staying at this hotel and need to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service we have received. During check-in, I was initially asked for a passport, but I provided my driving license as we are local. The receptionist then inappropriately asked if I was staying alone, despite my wife and son being with me. When my wife pointed out that our young son does not have an identity card, the receptionist requested only her ID. This interaction lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the receptionist’s demeanor was notably unenthusiastic. His tone was monotone, and he did not display any warmth or friendliness, which contributed to an overall unpleasant experience. Despite requesting a higher floor, we were initially placed on the 5th floor and only moved to the 6th after my wife’s follow-up request. As a member, we were entitled to a complimentary welcome drink. However, when we sought information about this benefit, the receptionist could only direct us to where we could redeem it without providing any helpful details. This level of service was far below acceptable standards. Moreover, we have encountered a faint, unpleasant odor in the room that we can’t identify. We are staying for only one night and have chosen not to let this affect our mood, the combination of unprofessional behavior and inadequate service has been very disappointing. We hope the hotel can review its service standards to ensure future guests do not encounter such issues.
