Really good all round. Bright entrance, welcoming & modern. Friendly efficient staff a minor hiccup dealt with without any issues! Comfortable clean rooms, excellent really, quiet. Lovely breakfast, more than adequate. Would definitely use this hotel again, so impressed!!

A very warm welcome, with friendly and helpful staff. A big shout out for Curtis who was funny and charming, doing his best to sort out an initial problem and giving tips to help us enjoy our stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a restful and relaxing stay. The bar/ breakfast area is well designed to be a relaxing area, again operated by friendly and helpful staff. The food on offer was very good value and very good quality. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the ABBA Voyager or the Greenwich area. Very easy access on the DLR.

Brilliant 2 night stay. Great location across from Canning Town underground station. Spotless clean, good breakfast , comfortable rooms, and the most helpful, efficient and friendly staff we’ve experienced in a long time. A special shout out to Curtis and the girls . Thanks again.

Stayed at the Ibis Canning Town for two nights on business during an exhibition at Excel London. The hotel is located directly across the road from the tube, bus and DLR station in a very recently developed area. The hotel itself follows the funky style I’ve seen regularly at a number of London Ibis hotels and check-in was quick. I had a Double Sweetroom (527) which was a corner room with lots of light and included a Nespresso coffee machine, water, fruit juice, miniature gin and muffin in addition to the usual tea making facilities. The hotel is ideally located to the Excel Centre with the option of either two stops on the DLR or a 20 minute walk, which I opted for. The bar, Chill#08, has an industrial vibe and serves a variety of beers and food. Thanks to Yuki behind the bar I opted for a BBQ chicken pizza and on night two the pepperoni, both absolutely delicious. On night two, the pizza was burnt during cooking so the staff came over, apologised and provided myself and my colleague with complimentary wasabi nuts whilst they re-fired the pizza. Overall a great stay, comfortable bed, good food and friendly staff and would definitely stay again!

Can't fault this hotel. Brilliant location, near tube, bus and even Morrisons supermarket round the corner. Breakfast is excellent, really good quality, plenty of choice and always being refilled. Beds really comfy. Bathroom great with a lovely big shower with toiletries provided. Windows which open, which was a massive plus for us! Air con unit in the room was also great, lots of USB plugs and decent hanging space too. Tea and coffee provided. Clean and modern feel 👍🏼. We had a corner room, which was great and obviously not everyone would have. We booked direct through the ibis site rather than booking.com etc so this may be why we had this room. Staff are really great.
