Really good all round. Bright entrance, welcoming & modern. Friendly efficient staff a minor hiccup dealt with without any issues! Comfortable clean rooms, excellent really, quiet. Lovely breakfast, more than adequate. Would definitely use this hotel again, so impressed!!

I thought the check-in guys were drinking in the bar rather than working - there was no signage to indicate otherwise! Just a few seconds delay so no problem. Check-in was easy and no issues with the room. Breakfast was good. No hassle checkout.

A very warm welcome, with friendly and helpful staff. A big shout out for Curtis who was funny and charming, doing his best to sort out an initial problem and giving tips to help us enjoy our stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a restful and relaxing stay. The bar/ breakfast area is well designed to be a relaxing area, again operated by friendly and helpful staff. The food on offer was very good value and very good quality. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the ABBA Voyager or the Greenwich area. Very easy access on the DLR.

Everything was very clean, very nice bed to sleep in. The food during breakfast and in the restaurant was amazing and the drinks were very good! The staff was always very friendly and very helpful!

amazing rooms, cleaned daily. the view was superb, thank you for accomodating us at the top floor as i requested. anytime we needed something, the staff was very kind and ready to help. the AC unit was fully adjustable, usually hotels leave the AC on and you're just supposed to exist in a freezing room. not here though! ps. please make sure to give the miss with a hello kitty lanyard a raise, she was super nice to us!
