Pros: + Excellent service, all our requests were promptly met with enthusiasm and courtesy. + Room cleanliness was great, no complaints. + Location is very good if you are looking for something close to metro and near many tourist locations. Cons: - The room was very small. We did not mind this at all but it's not for people who need a lot of room. - The hotel is located in Picalle, so you should know what you are getting into. It's not going to be the most quiet place. However, it was less noisy than we expected for the location. - The water filter downstairs did not produce cold water. Conclusion: If you are looking for a hotel in Picalle and you do not mind a small room, I would definitely recommend this hotel. There can always be improvements for sure, but we were satisfied with our experience.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas you can choose as a tourist. The building is modern and well maintained. The room is small but comfortable. The staff will do all they can to make you feel comfortable.

I came to the hotel slightly desperate to find a place to stay that night as I had to leave my Airbnb accommodation unexpectedly (the Airbnb accommodation was a catastrophe). I was welcomed and given a great room at a price lower than I had found online. The bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee was great. The cold complementary mineral water was super. I had brought my own gluten free bread and I could also use the toaster in the breakfast area without having to pay for breakfast.

Very lively neighborhood, friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small. I felt that the overall level of the facilities is lower than other Mercure hotels I have stayed in.
