I was in Seoul for just a few days and wanted an hotel in a central location. They are close to the metro and markets. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and my room had a large window to let in plenty of sunshine. Breakfast was a good start to the day. The roof top terrace has wonderful views of the city.

This hotel is really nice, it is clean, big, with many services and the staff is really nice. We already came once and we decided to come back to the same hotel because it’s very close to Myeongdong Station and so make it easy to travel through Seoul. I can only recommand for a short or a long period. Thank you Tom at the reception for welcoming us!

Best reception folks at check in, nice location, good price highly recommend and Tom is awesome so is Yun she is super friendly and helpful we love it we would come back but we recommend dropping the Ambassador in the name coz we went to Ibis Ambassador first and had to take a cab

Awesome stay and amazing location a very friendly staff and hospitality have been an accorplus member from a longtime and the team never disappoints guest We stayed on the top most 19th floor that was as per our request and the city views were amazing

We stayed here for a duration of 5 days and would highly recommend this hotel. Check in was super smooth, though we arrived early. They accommodated us with any fuss. Rooms were clean and tidy, restaurant staff were efficient. There were local specialties available during breakfast for travellers to savour. The biggest advantage was the location of the hotel. Bus stop, subway station and popular night market are located very close to hotel. Thank you for taking care of our family.
